- Check the widget key — it is the long string in the snippet, and a truncated copy is the usual cause.
- Check that the widget has at least one approved testimonial: an empty widget renders nothing rather than an empty frame.
- If your site sets a Content-Security-Policy, cdn.reviewmix.eu needs to be allowed as a script source, and api.reviewmix.eu as a connect source.
- Check the published page, not the editor preview — previews often strip scripts.
