ReviewMix lets an agency manage 5, 25 or 125 client businesses in one review tool, depending on whether it chooses Pro, Agency or Studio. The right limit depends on the number of Google Business Profile locations and websites the agency needs to connect, not only the number of companies it serves.
How many client businesses can an agency manage in one review tool?
ReviewMix Pro supports 5 Google businesses and 1 website, Agency supports 25 businesses and 5 websites, and Studio supports 125 businesses and 25 websites. Free supports 1 Google business and 1 website, so it can suit a single location but is not sized for a multi-account agency operation.
The paid plan limits are:
- Pro: 5 Google businesses and 1 website
- Agency: 25 Google businesses and 5 websites
- Studio: 125 Google businesses and 25 websites
The plan determines capacity, while the dashboard keeps the connected locations together.
Pro costs €12 per month, or €10 per month when billed annually. Agency costs €29 per month, or €24 per month when billed annually. Studio costs €69 per month, or €57.50 per month when billed annually.
What counts as a business and what counts as a website?
A business is one connected Google Business Profile location, and a website is a business that carries a website address, the site its widget is embedded on. The two are counted against separate limits. A client with four branches uses four business slots, whatever its website arrangement.
The two limits do not trade against each other. Connecting fewer locations does not create extra website capacity, and using fewer websites does not increase the number of Google locations available. The exact counting rules are in plans and what counts.
How should an agency pick a plan size?
An agency should count every individual Google Business Profile location, count every website that will carry a widget, and then choose a plan with spare capacity. Counting locations instead of contracts gives a more accurate view of present usage and likely growth.
A practical capacity check should include:
- Every location already under management
- Locations due to join during the next billing period
- Separate websites that need their own widget
- Clients planning to open another branch
- Spare room for a new account or an unexpected rollout
Counting clients instead of locations can under-size the plan and create an unplanned upgrade. One client with three locations consumes three business slots, not one.
An agency with 18 current locations and two expected additions fits within the Agency limit of 25. An agency already managing 24 locations has little room for another multi-location account, so Studio may offer a more workable operating margin.
What should one dashboard do across many clients?
A multi-client review dashboard should make location ownership clear while keeping daily review work in one place. ReviewMix Conversations provides one list across every location, with Needs reply, New and Unread filters, plus private notes, tags, pins and a Priority flag on every plan.
Agency and Studio add per-client labels, which help separate work without requiring a different account for each customer. An operator can label locations by client, filter the shared inbox for outstanding work, add a private note, and keep urgent reviews visible with the Priority flag.
Replying to Google reviews from the ReviewMix dashboard is available on Pro and above. ReviewMix imports reviews through Google's API during each refresh, caches them in its EU database, and sends a reply to Google only when one is submitted from the dashboard. More detail is available in managing Google reviews for multiple clients.
Agency and Studio also include analytics across every business in one table. The account can examine rating over time, requests sent, testimonials submitted and approved, consented widget views and consent status, then export the data as CSV.
What does the review tool cost per location?
ReviewMix pricing is charged by plan capacity, so the effective cost per location depends on how many available slots the agency uses. The relevant calculation is the plan price divided by the number of connected locations, rather than the maximum capacity divided by an assumed client count.
As an example, an agency managing 12 locations on the €29 monthly Agency plan pays €29 divided by 12, which is about €2.42 per location per month. That is under €2.50 per location per month.
On annual Agency billing, the monthly equivalent is €24. For the same example of 12 locations, €24 divided by 12 is €2 per location per month, with €288 billed for the year.
Those figures are capacity examples, not a suggested resale price or a guarantee of margin. An agency still needs to account for its own review management time, reporting, client communication and any taxes that apply to its purchase or service.
